The term ‘Push Around Verticals’ refers to non-mechanical vertical platforms which are manoeuvred into place by hand, rather than relying on an engine/motor of any kind. These platforms are designed to meet working at height regulations, and provide a low-level access platform for use primarily indoors, which is also much safer than using traditional ladders and steps, not to mention cheaper than scaffolding and powered access platforms. Despite being generally very safe, proper Push Around Verticals training is needed to minimise risks.

This qualification enables drivers to carry a forklift attached to the rear of their truck which enables them to load and unload themselves. If you already hold a forklift certificate, a conversion course is 2 days to gain the additional knowledge and skills.
